Positive Affirmations for a great health using law of attraction

What is all the wealth worth if you do not have a great health to enjoy it?

A great health lets us enjoy life to the fullest.

To create a great health there are some things that you must do and there are some things that you must never do.

Do:

· Love your body

· Feed it nourishing food and beverages

· Drink plenty of water and eat fruits and salad

· Exercise regularly

· Think happy thoughts

· Release your fears, anger and resentment

· Forgive others

· Create loving atmosphere within you and around you.

· Appreciate your body and each and every cell of it

· Laugh a lot

· Get 7 hours of sleep

Don’t:

· Do not get angry at your body for any reason

· Do not hate yourself or others for any reason

· Do not blame yourself or others about your illness

· Do not talk or think about illness or disease

Your cells are aware of every thought that you think. They are constantly working to give you your best health. When we have loving thoughts, we eat and drink healthy and exercise it is easier for our cells to create the best health for you.

You natural immune system is the best tool to keep you healthy from every disease. Trust it. When you get a small cut you do not necessarily put a bandage on it and yet you can observe how quickly the wound heals. We get new skin tissues within days. It’s the same with every other dis-ease. Love and bless your amazing body. It is a divine machine that keeps you going and with fuel of great thoughts it does wonders.

Do not talk about illness or disease unless you want more of it. Put your attention to happy thoughts. Watch funny movies. Laughter can do wonders for your body.

Appreciate your body and each and every cell of it.
